By accessing or using the services of OnPoint Greenacres Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
OnPoint Greenacres Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will discuss any significant changes with you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or natural wear and tear.
Property Access
By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during agreed-upon working hours to complete the project. You are responsible for securing pets and removing obstacles from work areas.
Liability
OnPoint Greenacres Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked before work begins, or for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
Permits and Regulations
We will obtain necessary permits when required. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any HOA rules or deed restrictions that may apply to your property.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage open communication to resolve issues quickly. Any unresolved disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
