Concrete Repair & Replacement
Fix cracked, uneven, or damaged concrete before small problems become expensive failures.

When to Repair vs Replace
Not every damaged concrete surface needs to be torn out and replaced. Sometimes a repair is enough to extend the life of your driveway, patio, or sidewalk. The key is knowing when repair makes sense and when replacement is the smarter investment. Small hairline cracks, minor surface damage, and isolated problem areas can often be repaired. But if your concrete is badly cracked, sinking, or showing widespread damage, replacement is usually the better option.
We will inspect your concrete and give you an honest assessment. If a repair will last and save you money, that is what we will recommend. If the damage is too severe and you will just be patching the same spots over and over, we will suggest replacement. Our goal is to give you a solution that lasts, not just a temporary fix.
Common Concrete Problems We Fix
Concrete damage happens for many reasons. Here in Greenacres, heavy rain, soil movement, and tree roots all take their toll. Here are the most common issues we see and how we fix them:
- Cracks: We fill and seal cracks to prevent water from getting in and making them worse.
- Uneven slabs: Sinking or tilted concrete can be lifted with slabjacking or mudjacking to restore a level surface.
- Spalling: When the surface flakes or chips, we grind it down and apply a bonding overlay to restore smoothness.
- Pitting and scaling: Surface deterioration from weather or poor finishing can be resurfaced with a new concrete layer.
- Settlement: If soil underneath has shifted, we stabilize the base before repairing or replacing the slab.
- Tree root damage: Roots can lift and crack concrete. We remove the roots, repair the slab, or replace the section if needed.
Each problem requires a different approach. We have the tools and experience to fix concrete the right way so it holds up for years. If you are dealing with a damaged driveway or cracked patio, we can help.
The Repair Process
Concrete repair starts with a thorough inspection. We look at the extent of the damage, the cause, and the condition of the surrounding concrete. Once we understand the problem, we recommend the best fix. For cracks, we clean out loose material and fill them with a high-strength epoxy or polyurethane sealant. For surface damage, we may grind down the old surface and apply a bonding agent and fresh concrete overlay.
If the slab has sunk, we use slabjacking to lift it back to its original level by pumping a stabilizing material underneath. This is faster and cheaper than replacement. For severe damage or widespread cracking, we will remove the old concrete and pour a new slab with proper reinforcement. We make sure the base is stable and the new pour is done right so you do not have the same problems again.
Why You Should Not Ignore Concrete Damage
Small cracks and uneven slabs might not seem urgent, but they get worse over time. Water seeps into cracks, freezes and expands in winter, and erodes the base underneath. What starts as a hairline crack can turn into a major break. Uneven concrete is also a tripping hazard and can hurt your property value.
The longer you wait, the more expensive the fix becomes. Early repairs are almost always cheaper than full replacement. If you notice any damage to your concrete, it is worth getting it looked at.
